RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not entirely happy with goods purchased, you may return the products within 7 working days of receipt of the items. If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns procedure below.
All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. Papouelli will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or damaged.
The items must be returned in their original boxes.
You can use any carrier to return the goods to us.
For domestic orders only you can use the DHL airway bill slip provided in your parcel. Once completed telephone DHL on 0844-2480844 to arrange a collection from any address.
We will deduct the return postage from your refund, and credit the balance to the original purchaser’s card, as soon as we have received the good back.
Please make sure that you keep a copy of the DHL airway bill slip as proof of postage when returning any items.
If you need to exchange for another size or style, please return your order (see returns policy) and we will refund you as soon as possible. Then simply re-order!
